The Coach
I was the before photo.

I am Aimee Orozco-Rosales and I run OroFit here in Brownwood, Texas. Five years ago I was living an unhealthy lifestyle. Covid was a reality check for me in more ways than one, and the shutdown truly put life into perspective. So I hired a coach. I locked in with nutrition and training. I transformed my life in more ways than one.
What I did not expect was the passion — for fitness, for the never-ending knowledge behind it, and eventually for the sport of natural bodybuilding, which my training connected me with. That is the whole reason I coach. I wanted to transform lives the way mine got transformed.
In her words
“My goal is that every one of my clients finds the confidence & gains the knowledge regarding fitness & nutrition in order to succeed longterm & continue to live the lifestyle well after training w/me.”Aimee Orozco-Rosales, OroFit
Show Up Strong
Loyalty is a training principle
Most of the women I coach are not doing this for a photo. They are doing it because something at home depends on them — kids, parents, a dog that needs the long walk and not the short one. Showing up for something that cannot show up for itself is the most reliable motivation there is, and I coach with it on purpose. On the days you would skip for yourself, you will not skip for them. That is the push.
It also shapes the plan. There is no one mold fits all here. I tailor each workout and meal plan to the targeted individual based on their goals alone, around the restrictions and the limitations they walk in with, so the training fits the life instead of fighting it.
