Start over. Start heavy.
Guidance, knowledge, support, & that extra “push!”
The Method
There is no “one mold fits all” here.
Everyone has different needs, goals, and wants. It is my job as a trainer to help you get there in a healthy and successful manner — which means your plan gets built for your body, your restrictions and your week. Not the one I sold somebody else.
For most people that is a combination of strength training, cardio (fasted and/or HIIT), and mobility and recovery work. The mix is yours.
- StrengthLifting is the engine. We start where your body is and load it on purpose, week after week.
- CardioFasted work or HIIT, chosen for your goal and your joints — never punishment for eating.
- Mobility & RecoveryThe part everyone skips. It is why you keep training instead of sitting out with a flare-up.
- NutritionA meal plan tailored to you alone, with the reasoning attached so it survives without me.
Show Up Strong
What you actually walk out with
Energy left at the end of the day
Not the version of you that makes it to 6pm and collapses. Strength work and real food give you something back for the people and the animals who are waiting on you.
You know why you are doing it
Every workout and every meal plan comes with the reason behind it. Knowledge is the part you keep long after training with me ends.
A body that moves without asking permission
Bad knee, bad back, never lifted a weight in your life. We train around the limitation until the limitation stops running the schedule.
Confidence that is not borrowed
Confidence comes from doing hard things on repeat. I build the plan. You do the reps. Nobody can take that back off you.
Sound Familiar
You are not lazy. You are unsupported.
You have no idea where to start
The gym is a wall of machines and opinions. You have watched a hundred videos and still do not know what you should be doing on a Tuesday.
Your body has rules now
A knee, a back, a shoulder, a doctor’s note. Every program you find assumes you are twenty-five and injury-free, so you stop before you begin.
You quit when nobody is watching
Two good weeks, then life. It was never about willpower. It was that nothing was built for you and nobody was checking.
Who is pushing you
Covid was a reality check for me in more ways than one.
I was living an unhealthy lifestyle and the shutdown truly put life into perspective. I hired a coach, locked in with nutrition and training, and transformed my life in more ways than one. Now I coach women who are exactly where I was — and who still have people and animals at home depending on them showing up with energy.
Proof
Be my next success story
OroFit is five years in and I am opening founding spots for women in Brownwood who want to be the first ones on this page. You get the tailored plan, the weekly adjustments and the push — and when you get there, your name goes here in your own words.
Client results are coming soon. I would rather show you real ones than made-up ones.
How It Works
Four rows. No mystery.
Tell me the truth
Goals, restrictions, injuries, the schedule you actually have. Not the one you wish you had. Send it through the contact form and we talk.
I build your plan
Training and nutrition tailored to you alone. Strength, cardio (fasted or HIIT), mobility and recovery — mixed for your body, not a template.
We lock in
You train the plan. I adjust it as your body changes, your schedule shifts, or life gets loud. This is where most people quit. Not here.
You keep it
The goal is that you walk away knowing how to run it yourself. Long after you stop paying me, you still live it.
Objections
Say the quiet part
I have lost weight before and gained it all back.
Then you already know the crash diet works for eight weeks and then owns you. We are not doing that. You will learn what your food and your training are actually doing, so that when the plan ends you are not standing at the starting line again.
I hate dieting.
Good. There is no one mold fits all here, and that includes food. Your meal plan gets built around what you will actually eat, your restrictions and your life. Hating your food is a guarantee you quit, and I am not interested in that.
I do not have any willpower.
Willpower is the most overrated word in fitness. What you need is a plan that fits, someone checking in, and that extra push on the days you would have skipped. That is literally the job. You show up; I bring the structure.
